Spent the morning helping a friend run her skulling races, after taking her to the hospital last evening because she broke her wrist trying to pull start a motor on a boat. Good day but hot - all of Puerto Rico is under a heat warning everyday for the last month or so. Now I'm sitting in the shade sipping a cold beer.

Pounded some water, and now having my second beer. Medalla Light (the island beer, there is no regular) comes in 10 oz latas, and is 4.2% perfect for all afternoon sipping.
