This is somehow one of the most accurate alignment charts I've seen. (And now I want to make corn chowder.)
@tyghebright - don't knock raw corn until you've had it _right_ off the stalk.
Oh, I love it that way, when it's fresh. I cut it off the cob and make a beautiful salad with peppers and lime juice and cumin.
