I got an email from my doctor with a medical records release form to fill out and sign electronically and then email back.
Adobe Acrobat says I did it right.
(Filled out and signed using my Samsung pen on my tablet)
Then saved and attached in the reply to the email.
So why doesn't it show up in my sent file? 🤔

If anyone has any input, I'm all ears.
