If he cashes in stock, he'll have to pay tax on it, and then Trump will have to pay tax on it unless Elmo makes it a loan, which Trump can't be relied on to pay back.
Not to mention that his holdings are already heavily encumbered by having paid too much for web sites to destroy.
I can't imagine any kind of a clean way to do this.
