One fun memory was on a route between Santa Rosa & Cloverdale, CA, going north on Saturday evenings, the bus passed through town in Gyserville as a 2 lane hwy that had lots of good restaurants, so that all the parked cars would turn it into 1 lane & as the bus passed through, all the car alarms would get set off. So funny!
@zoidette as a former driver of busses, that's how I rolled (when I still had my DL). If you don't put that thing right on the line, you risk swiping parked cars & who knows what else. If course, this becomes ingrained so that even when I later bought a fiat, that's where I drove.
