Apparently Porsche has invested a substantial amount in Siemen's Energy their research facility that is developing a carbon neutral efuel for what they refer to as legacy vehicles. The pilot plant is in Chile and a 911 was used in recent tests with a good result.

@JBro I am guessing that carbon neutral fuel is hydrogen.

@zacnewman no it was a variation on ethanol if I recall correctly that uses a lot of electricity. This is why Chile as they use wind power.
