yes, it is a sad situation; I hope Oher finds a resolution.
in a conservatorship, he has no rights to 'family' inheritance either unless explicitly defined.
they signed away his rights (name, movie, image, etc.) in perpetuity, but hopefully, this is also resolved. 🤞
@whitness i was reading about this. so apparently what he thought were adoption papers were actually conservator papers.
what a punch in the gut that must have been. to think the peeps you thought loved you were really just taking advantage of you.
i did like that movie. that human kindness & love could overcome any adversity. but now that movie is tainted as various truths come out.
