Friends, I need to vent. I keep seeing videos and such asking who would win in a fight between a Tylosaurus and a Mosasaurus, and determining it would be Mosasaurus because they were bigger. And apparently this information is coming from how they are portrayed in Jurassic World?

I admit I've only seen the first Jurassic Park movie and don't really remember anything other than Jeff Goldblum.

But here's my problem...

I've hit the point in getting to feeling better where I do a LOT of sleeping! Stopped taking naps at 18 months old. Making up for it in my 40s. 😄

My husband has no idea what he's doing with my plant friends, but he made sure they all got watered for me. 🌱💜

My #NaNoWriMo word count is over 32,000 and my brain is exhausted.

Spent some time with pens in my hand tonight. I think the whole sketchbook wants to be weird abstract doodling.

That's okay. It's soothing, and I've noticed it lets me work on things like textures when I'm not drawing something that would make me worry about getting it right.

#CoSoPolitics - I really just can't tonight, so what I want to say is that I appreciate that I don't have to here. The only surprising thing about the announcement was that it was so boring news outlets started cutting away. So I've been prepared for this. And I'm just thankful I'm not socially obligated to dramatically wail about it here. I need that energy for other things.

So...it seems #covid has taken most of my hearing, but only temporarily! So, I mean, don't panic like I did at first.

I have hearing loss from ear infections and surgery as a kid, but not enough for hearing aids to be considered medically necessary. Suddenly, everything sounds like I'm underwater! Likely to be fluid buildup in the middle ear. Hopefully it'll clear soon.

My cat has decided my sisters-in-law's cat is actually HER cat. She will sit glowing in adoration, looking like she is thankful to be so blessed that he came and ate from her food bowl. If he walks into the room, she suddenly lives to groom his ears. They chirp to each other in a language only they speak. #CoSoCats

Big project starting tomorrow for an esoteric group I became a member of this year. Different from what I'm used to with OBOD - very different - but the two paths are kind of leading me to the same place.

I'm a little nervous. But I remind myself this group accepted me for who I am, not trying to make me into someone else, so I just have to do my own thing. #CoSoPagans
