Today, fever is the highest it's been so far. Breathing is fine, but nothing else is. My whole scalp is turning into a giant stress hive. And I spent probably half a hour, but maybe just 10 minutes, ranting to my cat about Tycho Brahe.
@weirdfizz Feel better soon! Husband and I are recovering from our first tussles with the virus. The fever was terrible, but 5 days in I’m feeling much better.
@sugarpopspete I had in it January, too. It's a hard few days for me, but I got past it the first time so I'm hoping it'll all be good this time. Hoping you keep getting better, too!

@MookyTroubadour I think it was just the fever taking over. Poor cat's just staring wide-eyed, ears flat, while I rant about his nose being what happens when you start fighting about who is The Biggest Nerd.

Everyone in my house is vaccinated and takes precautions, and this is still the second time I've had covid. Third time for another family member.
I'm open about it because this is bad enough, but could be so much worse without the vaccine and precautions.
