My 11-year-old has once again reminded me I clearly must be in my mid-life crisis, so if anyone needs me I’ll be over here with my Werther’s I guess.
This has been further exacerbated by me seeing someone jogging down the street while also hula hooping. Effortlessly. Sorcery. I just witnessed sorcery.

@SnarkAndBourbon I took up hooping around 10 years ago. Get a hoop that is the right size for your body and anything is possible! I'm really clumsy...but so graceful with my hoops!
