Elon Musk risks a contempt charge after skipping a court hearing about his $1 million voter giveaway.

The Philadelphia DA is accusing Musk’s PAC of running what amounts to an illegal lottery, offering cash to people registering to vote.

Musk’s team tried moving the case to federal court, but his no-show today could mean big trouble if the judge decides to press forward with a contempt charge.

@MakerWerks @JV3MJD So often they're right, laws are for the little people. If Musk can move it to federal court and Trump wins he will pardon him or simply order doj to drop the case.
