I've been on CoSo many months and for the first time had to unfollow someone. This contrasts to Xitter which, when I had an account, required constant blocking of trolls and bots. I select people to follow because they provide interesting information and insights, so I keep following whether or not I agree with them.

...This interesting intelligent person clearly doesn't regard themselves so highly. I thought that occasional (infrequent) engagement with their musings might help them accept that others could see and value their worth. But that's met with personal attacks. Not to the level of reportable abuse, but I don't need the aggravation. My well intentioned words sure don't help the person - quite the opposite. So, time to just stop reading what they write. Done. Easy.
