Actually, I don't think that TFG can post bond using the properties. He doesn't own most of them
40 Wall Street - The Hinneburg Family Trust (Germany)
Trump Tower NY - GMAC Commercial Mortgage
Trump International Hotel and Tower - General Electric and Ohio’s Galbreath Company
1290 Avenue of the Americas - he holds a 30% stake
4–8 East 57th Street - Digby Management
He has a few apratments in various units throughout the city, but he actually doesn't own any of the buildings.

Mar a Lago - Don Trump Jr.
Trump does own Bedminster in New Jersey. but that might be problematic as it's been re-zoned as a Cemetary.
Trump also owns Trump National Golf Club Los Angeles.
He owns Turnburry Golf Course in Scotland, which will have it's own international issues.
Most overseas properties are actually owned by other entities - he leases out the right to use his name.
He doesn't HAVE $450M in properties.
