Biden should announce the Major Ruling Doctrine. Any Supreme Court decision he reckons sets a "major" political policy he will simply disregard until a 2/3 majority of Congress directs that the ruling be respected.

@CoyoteConscious SCOTUS declares they are above Congress and Executive able to unilaterally nullify any law any executive decision. So why not the Executive nullify any decision of Court or Congress, and Congress nullify decisions of Court and Executive. Only Executive has federal police to back up its choices. Upper hand. So offer to go back to following the Constitution, even SCOTUS. Which means no "major questions" doctrine.
