Most of the GOP ideas to address the deficit involve reducing Social Security, but they also want to reduce tax collection (from billionaire tax cheats) and increase spending (border wall). Their basic math skills are worse than we thought - unable to grasp the difference between addition and subtraction. Must have gone to school in Florida where books are forbidden.
