People are still being jailed for possession of pot, which by itself doesn't kill anyone, possession of fentanyl should include attempted murder.
@Jimi52 i agree with you, but you can still die from pot if used enough. I'm not disagreeing with you whatsoever about fenty, but I feel like we shouldn't water down the dangers of pot.
