@SunAcrossWater Death means irrelevancy of policy, huh? Someone tell the Reaganites.
@tiptoeing Maybe a little more of a howl? Speaking my language, there.
No need to thank, really want to see this take off. And apparently others do too!
Typtet... how did you know my Egyptian deity name? π
@Shilohx Same. π
By the by, the next CoSoTalk is in the works. I believe the topic is emergency/disaster prep, small scale and large. If you want to speak or know more about it, give @tiptoeing a holler.
@Shilohx There's no CoSoTalk, I just posted a poll about disinfecting cuts and the discussion bloomed from there. π
@TrueBloodNet Can't underestimate the power of a good anti-bacterial cream. Has cut my healing time in half many times.
@TrueBloodNet Those animal wounds are serious business. Nothing would get me in a clinic faster than a bite from a wild/stray one...
@Greytdog Huh, didn't know alcohol wasn't very effective.
@stueytheround Interesting. Does it come sterile in a bottle, or little packets you mix with water?
@6sidedgames Yikes! Glad it worked. Sometimes the pain of treatment is so much better than the pain of infection...
@BillyBones Neosporin is a real lifesaver.
@tiptoeing Same here, I stocked up on everything I could. I've never used iodine on a wound before!
You're welcome for the reminder - glad you won't be getting lockjaw. π
@Janet Thanks for sharing! I've always used peroxide for minor scrapes and cuts, but was taught to use the minimal amount and then rinse the wound after a minute. I'll need to read more into it...
@6sidedgames I can imagine... the rough ones will teach ya.
I had an infected scrape as a kid and it hammered into me a need to make sure every wound is completely germ free. π
@Pennsylvanian Solid choice!
@Blue_Skyesr_here I know how it feels, especially lately. Good to see ya.
@Greytdog I appreciate the offer, but no - I never like to plan on making mistakes. π
