I haven't had a pro acct for a spell now, and I don't recall there *being* a recording feature in CoSoCalls.
If you could share what you're specifically talking about, some details of the issue(s) you're having, especially with screen shots, if possible, it would make things easier for the community helpers to assist you.

In CoSoCalls, the mod has an option in the three dot menu to record the call.
Both @tiptoeing and I noticed that an error is displayed when one attempts to record.
If I'm not mistaken, TT uses either Safari or Chrome on iOS, while I tried in Edge on both Android and Windows.
