If you always agree with what you see and hear on the news, it's time to branch out. You don't have to agree or support those positions but let them push you to think critically about issues you care about.

Seeing people constantly agree with (and parrot) whichever corporate news media panders to them scares the living daylights out of me. It's borderline religious with some folks.
I agree. I've heard stuff from MSNBC that made me groan just as loud as the usual Fox News slant.
The actual facts aren't usually hard to find, and often have a lot more gray area than whatever some clickbait article title is telling you.
@tyote Unpopular opinion: MSNBC and Fox are not neutral. I love MSNBC but I also read other news and I fact check as much as possible.
