The "fail to load" (embed) is a long-time glitch. The videos may not always embed, or may sometimes embed only after an interaction like boosting or favoriting. They are finnicky.

In case others want to pipe up with theories, whether it is the "share" (short) version or the "watch" (long) version of the link is irrelevant. They seem to be only randomly like this.

@FernLovebond Thanks for the insight. I'd seen a few do that prior to this, but it seemed to be happening consistently. Guess we were just getting unlucky? 😅
