I understand!! I was heavily involved in several different aspects of disaster relief during our wildfires during covid and in mountainous terrain 2 years ago. The rain is most welcome, now but it was concerning in the mountains because of the potential for debris flows. I am watching and hoping we don’t have another disaster. People are STILL recovering from the fires.

Cleaning the graves at Wounded Knee

We smudged (and cleaned) the whole cemetery that day. It was a lot of work as there are a lot of graves.. not just the mass grave, which gets most of the attention.

Lost Bird is one of the first graves you see as you come in from the East. Jasper and Richard are southeast of her.
