Notes on the Disappearance of a Sister captures a captivating, affecting story within the limitations of a mind map program.

This game is an interactive fiction title created in a free, kanban-style productivity tool, domino2, as part of the recent anti-productivity jam. The jam, if you haven’t already surmised, is themed around the concept of taking a tool designed specifically for productivity and ‘work-related’ use and building out an experience inside it.

If you think about the original idea that Asclepius and Hippocrates created and not how much the world deviated from it and completely destroyed it ... you'll see that it's the same general wellness concept that provides the most benefit

1. EXERCISE
2. SELF CARE and SELF AWARENESS
3. THERAPY including ART

Consider it.

Component 2: Interventions on trauma care

These included surgical practices developed by Hippocrates, mainly due to the frequent wars in ancient Greece.

Component 3: Mental care and art therapy

These interventions were in accordance with the first classification of mental disorders which were proposed by Hippocrates. Music and drama were used as management tools in the treatment of illness and in the improvement of human behavior.

7/

Asclepius and Hippocrates' focused medical practice had three main components of philosophy and provision of care:

- health promotion
- interventions on trauma care
- mental care and art therapy interventions

Component 1: Health Promotion

Health promotion included physical activity as an essential part of physical and mental health and emphasized the importance of nutrition to improve performance in the Olympic Games.

If the environment you surround yourself with constantly emphasizes repeated collisions of hope and reality, it is probably not going to be the best environment for healing, wellness, or critical thinking.

If the environment you surround yourself with constantly focuses on draining energy into negative thoughts and actions, it is probably not going to be healthy for you.

Greek medicine was holistic in nature and the point of it was to understand how EVERYTHING figured into the overall health of an individual. It was never solely about the physical ... and despite what people think today (which is usually 1000% incorrect), it is about the balance between body, mind, and spirit and all of the factors that influence those things.

Choose your environments wisely. Choose your friends wisely. Choose what you take into yourself wisely.

Now more than ever.

4/

The original Greek practice of "medicine" INCLUDED PSYCHOLOGY, PHYSICAL HEALTH, and ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS that contributed to a person's health; both the natural environment (sky, air, water etc) and the societal environment (people, politics, social issues).

It emphasized the causes and therapeutic importance of psychological factors, nutrition and lifestyle, independence of mind, body and spirit, and the need for harmony between individuals, society, and the natural environment.

The excavation work for the Mukaab is almost over, and nearly 350 million cubic feet of earth have been removed. This work needed the usage of 250 excavators every day, and around 400 pieces of equipment to handle all the soil. The construction workers devoted nearly 3 million hours of labor.

The Mukaab will complete construction in 2030.

Saudi Arabia is constructing a spectacular skyscraper called the .

The impressive build will adopt the form of a tall cube. It will stand tall at a height of 1,312 feet in the capital of Riyadh. It will also be as long and wide as it is tall and could fit around 20 Empire State Buildings inside of it, according to the Saudi Government’s Public Investment Fund.

AtkinsRéalis being involved doesn't surprise me one bit. They're kind of engineering wizards there.

Looks like its going to be one of those days 🤣 Multiple cat supervisors 👍🏾

Well 🤣 I only have myself to blame for the low sleep score.

I have been trying to finish this book for days now. 5 chapters away from the end and I kept falling asleep before the end. Well an hour and 23 minute latency should tell you I got through the end finally. 😂 It was worth it.

19% deep sleep is more than I need for the restorative process and frankly getting through a good book does wonders for the mind and soul ❤️ I really enjoyed this one.
