In a new Nature Mental Health scientific paper, they suggest calling psilocybin an "anti-distressant."

Psilocybin—the hallucinogen in magic mushrooms—continues to show promise as an anti-depressant, especially when combined with psychotherapy. Meanwhile though, it's being explored for treating anxiety, OCD, irritable bowel syndrome, and other disorders.

But a new study from the University of Sydney, conducted with 83,000 U.K. adults, reveals that standing all day may not reduce the risk of health problems such as circulatory disease after all.

Even worse — there are other diseases that may actually be caused by standing up too long, including blood clots in the deep veins and increased circulatory issues.

Maika was the first choice to play the nanny and it seems like Michelle Garza Cervera really has a very specific direction she is going.

It's odd that a director like Cervera would be doing this kind of film. Her work is .... well ... not this. I wonder about her vision given The Bone Woman which was umm ... brutal AF.

I will say that you kinda have to know how to play mahjong to understand what is happening and understand the tension and the plays. Similar to Shion no Ou ... understanding how shogi is played and why things are unfolding like they are is key to being able to follow the suspense.

Tohai – Ura Rate Mahjong Tohai Roku is a new anime based on a brutally nuts manga about underground high stakes #mahjong games. As a mahjong player I have to say this is some spicy and epic mahjong and I love this concept.
