It's TIME!!!!!!

It was worth 3 days and moving the sauna which took 2 of us. In that 3 days I really pushed my body and hurt myself but it was necessary to ensure that exercise could be done quickly and effortlessly and not be hindered by anything.

The ONLY thing I have to move is the cat exercise wheel to access the treadmill and that's something I can do quickly with one hand. Everything is available and I have plenty of space for my VR workouts especially now that the #RotoVR will be arriving soon.

Been thinking a lot about priorities the past few days while trying to get my exercise area reorganized. My focus, since 2010, has always been on my health and wellness.

It was around 2010 when my health really took a down turn. I didn't have insurance at the time and had to figure things out on my own to feel better. When I did finally get a doctor that started on my nightmare journey with racists, fatists, misogynists, and other epic, broken medical "professionals"

Wayne Enterprises will be offering a very limited run of the Tumbler, built by Action Vehicle Engineering. This full-scale replica of the film car will be offered for sale by invite only, with inquiries open now.

The Tumbler is powered by a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 making 525 horsepower mated to a 4L85E paddle shift transmission. A smoke screen system and imitation gun turrets are included — with the only downside being that the car isn't street-legal.

Only 10 will be built.

The first time I saw Tyler Lawrence Gray was in Sarah Michelle Gellar's short lived #WolfPack series. He's the kind of model looking dude that looks like something Jim Henson may have created and yet he's kind of strangely hot in a Gelfling kind of way ...

He's in this latest episode of Tracker and I feel like Justin Hartley and him are going to end up shirtless wrestling in mud or something at the end of this episode. 😂

Janice LeAnn Brown is a wonder. I remember her from playing the younger version of Zendaya's character Rue in #Euphoria. She's kind of an old soul ... she has the voice of a 40 year old smoker who is done with life's bullshit and I love it.

It was really wonderful to see Selena back in the lair ... and her exit line "I've missed this" I really felt that came from such a genuine place.

The show gave me some wonderful LOLs ... its great for kids. 😆

It’s been a quarter century since Dean Parisot’s affectionate Star Trek spoof, #GalaxyQuest, first premiered in theaters. Now, in celebration of the 25th anniversary, a 4K Ultra HD remaster of the cult sci-fi flick has been announced.

Coming December 3rd, the re-release was remastered under the supervision of Parisot, and will include a previously-created Thermian language dub of the film.

In 2023 Paramount+ announced it was developing a Galaxy Quest TV series ...

80/78! I'm pleasantly surprised.

I added NAC, PQQ, Quercetin, and Sulforaphane back into my daily routine and I think it is really helping with energy and inflammation.

I have had plenty of energy and very little pain despite all the physical work I have been doing literally all day and well into each evening the past 4 days. Trying to do all that a few weeks ago would have been impossible.

Absolute rest day today and tomorrow! I've more than earned it.

A new film project titled #Painter has cast Alan Ritchson (Reacher) and Amber Midthunder (Prey and Legion) to star in the movie.

The script for Painter was written by Derek Kolstad (John Wick), and it will be directed by Logan, Avatar and Road House stunt co-ordinator Garrett Warren.

Painter “centers on a young woman, trained from a young age, who must employ every skill in her arsenal to rescue her father after he is kidnapped.”

Well it took four days of moving, rewiring, sorting, throwing things away and everything in between to get things setup properly to fit ALL the exercise equipment including the treadmill and the ab coaster in the living room and still have enough room for VR workouts and golf.

My tribemate and I had to move the sauna back a few feet and that was an ordeal. It's not heavy ... it's just awkward AF to move.

My desk setup took 2 whole days and I still have some cord mess to bundle up still ...

I have been looking for some truly FLAT and soft #sleepbuds for years and these #Ozlo ones have some EPIC features:

1. Stream anything through them including audible books (my primary thing)

2. In ear gradual wake up alarm

3. Has biometric sensors that detect when you fall asleep and it automatically pauses whatever you were listening to. PERFECT for my audiobooks

4. Provides sleep data and monitoring (will compare with #Oura)

They are fully FLAT, soft, and recessed. Side sleeping PERFECT!

My first post from the full recline position. Nice neck support, feet are up, lower back is loving the lumbar support and the back massage built into my new chair.

Thanks to @IronButterfly for constantly making this suggestion. I just have never felt that reclining and working were things that could go in one sentence. It feels ... lazy and yes, it makes ZERO sense to say that. It does make me feel tired though which is kind of what I mean. It feels too relaxing to focus for a long period.
