Many people want to be see and heard ... a portion of those same people have a compulsion to also be acknowledged.
These are very performative types of people who aren't satisfied by just existing and sharing who they are with others ... they want to be praised and given a certain amount of status especially on social media. Be wary.
It's important for us to share who we are and especially our journey along our individual paths because it shows we're not very different in our struggles.

But this isn't the struggle or oppression Olympics. This is not a misery relay. This is not about pain fishing and seeking recognition for surviving your daily life.
We are all living life; different lives yes, but we all are choosing to be here even when it is hard, painful, brutal, and exhausting.
We are all refugees in some way, we are all displaced in other ways, we are all pushing forward.
We are all survivors.
