I feel like I've done a great job managing a lot of the stress and trauma from the beginning of the week and my body has responded really well to the rest and recovery days I gave myself.

Listening to your body is probably one of the most important things people DO NOT do for themselves. They push through and overwork themselves and don't take the time they need to rest.
