Just had an incredible workout using the playing . I am absolutely SWEATING through my clothes and have ZERO motion sickness. Being able to have 360 tracking for watching enemies turning my head and my body ... plus it has rumble feedback when you get hit you really feel that impact it adds to the experience. I feel AHHHHmazing and I'm going to jump in the sauna to really give my body and muscles some love. The RotoVR is an incredible device.

@KarenSohne Thank you. It's so much easier on my body. As much as I love this game and the swordfighting and ducking and dodging and spinning etc is great full body exercise, I just can't stand for long periods so this chair makes it easier and I can enjoy the game (it has a setting for sitting) and not maul my body and have even MORE interactive experience with the tracking. Feels like a carnival ride! 🤣

@thewebrecluse lt sounds like a lot of fun! An important part of my walks is not step count, but beauty and exhilaration points. So although l've never done a vr game, l think ( with your clear descriptions) l get it
Glad there was some swordfighting in there too!

@KarenSohne I like active VR games that require you to move. Ducking, moving to dodge, shifting your body around etc. It's very active and more exercise than I'd get just walking or rowing. It's still one of my preferred ways of exercising. ❤️

@KarenSohne I have an archery game that wrecks me as well. I use a real archery bow with it that is heavy AF and it is quite an amazing upper body workout.

@thewebrecluse l remember you posting about the archery game. I went zip lining a number of years ago. I found it amazing, exhilarating and it totally wiped me out. I wish there was something l could manage that would tick some of those same categories. There are treetop trekking adventures nearby, but it’s $50-60 a session, also seasonal. Probably just keep up with my walks and mobility/stretching exercises

@KarenSohne with MCTD you have to move often ... my body needs constant PT so I have had to find really creative ways of keeping active that don't bore me to death. VR has been really great for that. There are so many active games I can play where I get full body movement and it's fun. When you have to exercise several times a day it's good to vary it up as much as you can. ❤️
