I think people find their paths as they need to. That is something I firmly believe. I don't think you can drag someone kicking and screaming into change.

People change when they decide they want to, when all the right things line up FOR THEM, and enough outside forces make them feel secure enough to begin the process of change.

But change is ultimately up to the individual and many difference things have to be aligned for that change to happen and be permanent.

When healthy, well meaning, regulated people are seeking change, they have the patience, the focus, and the functional intelligence to find their way into spaces that are going to align with where they are trying to go and who they are trying to be.

These people will decide that on their own. They have the strength and the will to make that journey because they know they want better and they are willing to expend the energy to seek out a new environment that supports their change.

In the same way that good people attract good people and the light seeks out more light, such people who are fed up with living in darkness will automatically seek out new places of light and positivity on their own. They don't need to dragged, pulled, convinced, cajoled. They don't need to be manipulated or lectured. They don't need that much prodding. They will do a lot of the work on their own and they will research what they need and at most they need support and some encouragement.

People who need to find this space, will find it when they choose to look.

The people that know that more of the same spaces are not the best environments for what they are looking for will seek out what they need.

The people that don't follow the crowd, the people that think for themselves, the people that don't need algorithms and manipulation to tell them how to behave and what to take an interest in will find a new home that gives them what they need.

We don't need zealots.

The fastest way to destroy something is to overwhelm it with "good intentions". I would think this would be obvious to everyone. If it's not just look out the window at the real world.

You can't save people who don't want to save themselves and you cannot change the minds of people who gravitate towards things that are bad for them.

Stop wasting energy on dead weight and focus on the people who have the will, the knowledge, the desire, and the curiosity to seek out light on their own.

@thewebrecluse The people who follow BIG NAMES ...To me this is so pretentious
