A lot of the film is off script and ad libbed similar to a straight theater piece and many of the characters didn't meet until they met in the film. Much of the interactions between the characters are real and raw. I spent at least 6 pages on the production and cinematography alone and really emphasized why Tony was an exceptional choice for the role and how he handled it.
My film teacher gave me a B for the convincing arguments and the amount of knowledge I had about both films.
In my film class I wrote a 15 page analysis of the Night Of The Living Dead 1990 remake that Tony Todd was in. My film teacher has a FIRM rule that nothing modern (after 1960) could ever be discussed in his class, especially not remakes.
But on top of knowing everything there was to know about both versions, I knew someone who worked on it and someone who knew Tony personally. I had enough background to speak analytically about why the remake was perfect and improved on the story.
