I have been paying closer attention to my chronotype schedule and I do find that when it lines up, there is a significant difference in my #chronicpain. I have been correlating data manually on this for about 2 months. I don't make anything definitive until I have 6 months of data but it's looking like a real correlation.
I've been tracking my health, including sleep, since way before I had the tools to do it. I have a lot of manual data on paper and later Google docs so everything I collect these days is mostly stuff I am already aware of but the data points I get now from all the various instruments I use help to line things up in more definitive ways. Sleep data with EEG data for example solidifies what I already know and gives me something to actually SEE as far as what's going on. Tech is great that way. 👍🏾
