89/94 going into the weekend. 👍🏾

Month end is when @IronButterfly and I get a bunch of things done including our body scans with . Don't we look lovely in our scan outfits 🤣 🤣

I haven't updated my scan in a while only because I keep forgetting to do it.

I'm doing pretty well when it comes to my health and fitness but I just wanted to get a new starting point now that my apartment gym area is finished and I can get back on track. 🎉

Got a ways to go but I'm pretty confident that I'll reach my goal considering I haven't done HARDLY ANYTHING since August and I'm down 2.9%.

The is great because when I work out, thanks to PCOS, I bulk up crazy fast. My muscle growth if I consistently row for a few weeks gets crazy and just going by a scale it always looks like I am gaining weight and my stupid doctors think so as well. With a body scan I can show them a more accurate view of what's going on with my body.

Thanks to my biggest problem area is the midsection.

Women with PCOS are often easy to spot because body shape; arms and legs are super thin and the middle is where everything settles.

As a result I have to spend more time doing a lot of ab work.

Rowing and using the ab coaster are great for me and they are exercises that I love.Neither requires me to have to get up and down off the floor which is hard for me do to and the that goes along with that.

The rower has an incredible captains seat that is high off the ground (stool height) so it's very easy to get on and off of and the new ab coaster I have is just kneeling on a very, very soft and comfortable cushion.

I'm thankful to have room for both machines.
