I talk a lot about the reasons I game and 99% of that is about challenging MYSELF and working on improving things about myself.

Back in 2015 and 2016 my biggest issue on the gaming front was patience (with myself). I was very impatient about my ability to do things or not be able to do things. I was hard on myself for skills I was lacking or struggled with.

Learning to breathe and be patient with myself was something I wanted to work on.

There are certain aspects of that include gaming and I learn a lot about people watching how they game, where they fail, and how they react to failures.

Gaming is a great litmus test for someone's base psychological makeup and character definition.

I can tell almost everything about a person by watching them game and watching them absorb visual media mainly because media forces transference and that gives away everything about a person's psyche.

Pushing myself to overcome problems with patience though was an interesting journey and it's impossible to explain the how of it if you don't game or never played Dishonored.

SHADOW and CLEAN HANDS achievements speak for themselves as do the RARITY of players even getting these achievements.

Playing a game like Dishonored 100% stealth and 100% passive is a unique testament on patience, self control, and focus.

I learned a lot about myself, my anxiety, and my ADHD that year.
