First day since September 1st that I have enough energy to exercise first thing. 3.32 miles on the rower is a pretty good start.
Bad readiness and sleep could have been better even though 85 is the cutoff. I prefer being in the 90s 🤣 I feel pretty good and focused today and even though my readiness is off, I'm going to still be able to get a lot done thanks to the hour and 45 minutes of deep restorative sleep. 👍🏾
