I follow Arielle Kebbel's work as I've said ... but Rescue: HI-Surf is a really, really painful watch. This is only the pilot so it's possible that things could improve by the 2nd episode. The acting is horrendous, the writing is horrendous, the characters have absolutely NO depth, the men are just ... such men and the women barely have any real presence. I'm hoping to be able to enjoy Sea Shimooka (limited role) and Alex Aiono, two epic actresses.
