@KarenSohne God I wish 🤣 I'm struggling over one sentence because I hate English so much and ordinary words put me in a deeply irritated state of mind and using words out of the thesaurus is really jarring and obvious so I'll spin on this one sentence for the next 2 hours before I figure out a better way of saying what I want 🤣

Don’t know if it would help with what your writing but taking index cards or similar can you jot a phrase, or a sketch ( or diagram) of a wee slice of the whole. The cards can be reshuffled, laid out in patterns, letting you enlage on this part or that

@KarenSohne it usually happens with just basic sentence structure for me. I just find words problematic. It's hard to explain but I dislike writing sentences that seem like I have read them before which is inevitable because it's English and we use the same sentences to describe things in the same way ... I just really don't like how it looks. "She walked away", "They drove down the street", "He ate a sandwich" stuff like that. It just really bothers me in a way I can't express.
