Yesterday marked TEN YEARS since Flint, MI has been without clean water.
Mari Copeny, aka Little Miss Flint, who is now 16 years old, has dedicated her life to talking about environmental racism and the state’s role in many forms of harm.
This is one of the world hurts I can only touch lightly. It’s so horrid; I cannot fully grasp the harm of this emotionally. I can’t begin to imagine how it feels to be directly involved. No one deserves this treatment.
