In a 56-page ruling, Judge David Hittner said the Texas law banning drag shows is an "unconstitutional restriction on speech."

@thewebrecluse Drag has been around a lot longer than Texas. Shame I'd have to congratulate a judge on making a no-brainer decision, but these days, I've lost faith in the ethics of judges.
