The BBC has announced new gothic thriller, The Woman In The Wall, which will examine the legacy of one of Ireland’s most shocking scandals – the inhumane institutions known as The Magdalene Laundries. (if you don't know about them, look it up ... hellish and amazing topic for a show). It will be 6 episodes.
No air date yet but it will star the absolutely BEYOND EPIC #RuthWilson which pretty much means an AUTOWATCH for me whenever it's announced.
Last August I shared info about BBC's thriller #TheWomanInTheWall which will star the most epic Queen #RuthWilson.
Finally, there are some stills from this upcoming, fascinating story.
Still no official air date, but as soon as it has one, I will mention it in this thread.
I can't wait to see Ruth in this!
#RuthWilson's latest piece of FLAWLESSNESS has released its 3rd episode ... ❤️
It's a brutal and fascinating drama about a woman who was incarcerated in the infamous Kilkinure Convent ... if you don't know what that is just do a deep dive into Ireland’s Magdalene Laundries and you'll be shocked as all hell reading the true stories behind this drama.

I've said before, Paul is one of the ONLY media critics I agree with almost 90% of the time. His assessments are on point.
Do. Not. Miss.
