Found out today from my DO that the pain management doctor I saw a while back who dismissed my MRI results and my pain and just claimed I was having issues because I was fat ... is no longer practicing there.
Good riddance ... though I'm sure he's just moved on somewhere else where he can treat people badly.
@AskTheDevil @thewebrecluse Ugh. The degree of fat phobia and fat shaming in the medical profession is disgusting.
@thewebrecluse As if somehow it's okay to be in pain if you're fat? Is he aware of what the job of "pain management" entails?
