After having a bald (growing hatchling) baby bird die not long after I found him near death in my driveway. The next morning I was delighted and happy to see two fledgling Blue Jays in my back yard. :) Nature and life can be cruel and lovely at the bat of an eye. When I was much younger, had a leather motorcycle jacket with all sorts of pins on it. Some would also end up on an old military shirt or jacket.

Damned CGM sensor / transmitter is giving me a lot of grief and trying my patience. I guess this situation I am haveing is that what is not being called "triggered". Then I guess triggered I be.

I'd much rather be Tiggered. (my poor attempt of trying to spin a joke to send a positive charge to cheer meself up).

This was the day of the beautiful Frigg and Freya. They were the goddesses of love, and Fredag is a day for love. Also, since it is the last day of the traditional workweek, it a day for having fun.

Saw “Tommy” at the Nederlander Theatre over the weekend. It was excellent! What a performance and hell of a sound system. All Avid systems and speakers everywhere.

So got the snack idea inspired by another CoSoNaut’s post about the nutritional value of walnuts. Three simple ingredients that are savory and delicious.
Chopped walnuts, extra-virgin olive oil, and Aglio Olio sprinkled to taste. (lightly in this taste test case)
