Cheyenne Reservation 😞

Remington fire has grown to over 128,000 acres. The fire originated in Wyoming, burning onto Rosebud, Big Horn and Powder River Counties.

Crews are conducting burnout operations southeast of Birney Village. The fire has not burned onto the Northern Cheyenne Reservation at this time.

Evacuation orders remain in place for Birney Village. Pre-evacuation for residents along Birney Road.

A Red Flag Warning has been issued.
