Home cold brew experts: if using a concentrate, what do you mix it with? Water and milk? All some kind of milk?

I’ve been using a Trader Joe’s instant that’s good with ice cold water and a splash of coconut & almond milk blend

You're welcome. I've also used the liquid concentrates too. Same, same. Dilute with water to tase following label as a guideline. I drink my hot coffee black. But cold brew is different. Dry fleck instants are a whole other taste.
