Pardon me for being personal but I've just been to a public loo and some filthy tart has left a used sanitary pad on top of the shelf above the loo!

@thereg001 Thank you! I fully agree with you! I've been menopausal since 2007 but when I had periods I always wrapped them in loo roll or a little bag then put them in the sanitary bin, I'd never leave them out like in a display cabinet!
