We must always remember all of us humans are on this planet together and our political priorities should revolve around improving life for others as well as ourselves. Our own good fortune doesn't have to come at the expense of the less fortunate. We can help others and help ourselves at the same time.

Today I was able to potentially save a squirrel's life. If the vet is able to save his/her life then I hope to one day see the squirrel again in good health! I waited with the squirrel and petted him/her and talked to them to comfort them while waiting for the humane society to come get them. I was so happy when they arrived!

@JailTheTrumps I don't want to sleep as much these days. Not the best dreams lately. So now I wake up earlier than I normally would just to end the dreams. I hope I can start having pleasant dreams so I will be motivated to sleep more.

I also want to say it is extremely cold outside and the city governments ought to help the homeless as much as they can. If you are traveling, please be considerate and give up any waiting room seats for homeless people to sit down and warm up because public transit hubs are where they usually go.

I particularly hope that as many people as possible in Ukraine can enjoy this holiday in peace. I know too many people there cannot, and my heart goes out to them. I wish for World Peace
