Buying the property for at or around market -- or possibly a few percent above market, is fine for them because they know what they'll reap from it. They'll recoup it all from federal and state subsidies alone in less than a year or two.

The difference between that land and the Native lands in the PNW is stark, though. The MAGAfolk can go buy other land where they can be far away from people. The history's different for the Native Americans.
