@Horrrflmlvr: Yep. The much-propagandized "elite North Korean Army" is entirely untested but for in training, as is their equipment. Small Dong Jong is just in it for the cash being got from a desperate Putin, and now Vlad realizes it was a bad gambit.
China's support also waffles, as they don't want the war to go smoothly for him, seeing as how they like the war Ukraine keeping the West distracted some from the Pacific and Taiwan. Also, Russia would be a great vassal state for them.
