: What get misquoted often, usually by people who want #war. They only say the "War is hell" as an excuse for why there's so much 'collateral damage'. It's also not but a breath or two from when they says something along the lines of that if the opposition really wants it to stop they should acquiesce. That said, no small number of such people suddenly don't like war when the tide shifts and puts them on the back foot or worse. Then it's suddenly too much hell.
