1/2: I got an email from PayPal/Synchrony telling me I needed to login and check a status change made to my account.

So I hopped onto my Mac and logged in and saw they'd jacked my credit limit for PayPal Credit up to just over $625.

Last money they lowered it to $200 outta nowhere. I called in, and they said there was a change to my TransUnion and that they monitor that agency regularly and adjust accordingly.

3/2: ...weirdly jerky. I mean it was bizarre, like I was the last caller on their shift or something. They said they had no access to the TU information, that it's done automatically by software, and I was assured it does not make mistakes.

So I paid them off and am done forever with PayPal. In the meantime, the Chase VISA I use for outpatient surgery and PT copays upped my limit, as did my AAA card I used for auto emergencies. And Wells Fargo upped my limit on my household uh-ohs.
