What's worrying one of America's largest chain stores? Not the lack of seasonal merch to sell, not the online memes about so many yellow sale tags you can't see the merch, not the overworked, understaffed departments that have begun calling out such in protest.
What worries them, is that no one is pacing at the front of the store to ask "hello, can I help you?" in a heartfelt way and the staff is not getting enough customer surveys. 🤯
That's what they're watching cameras & giving feedback on.

It's the way people can lose their jobs at various places for not answering the phone every time and saying, "Thank you for calling [business], where our mission every day and every hour of every day is to provide the highest quality service to our customers and our community because we value your time and money and want to make sure you have the most pleasant and rewarding experience as possible. Hi, my name is [name], and I'm grateful to be of service to you today,...

@chuck34108: ...and I want you to know that I will do everything I can to ensure your needs not only as a customer but also as a fellow human are met. Here at [business] our sole mission is to be here for you and to make your experience the kind you'll write home about. Please tell me what it is I can do to serve you this fine day."
