@SSNBubblehead: Do civil case convictions count for the registry? I ask because everything I see since ever, though I have not seen everything on it, of course, indicates criminal convictions. No mentions I've seen of civil.
@thedisasterautist Here's a link you can check out (click through on the PDF file). I just haven't had the time to thoroughly review FL state law on this issue, but have skimmed a few parts that would indicate yes.
@SSNBubblehead: This will likely be a/the hurdle. It's a New York trial finding, and that means Florida law-enforcement has to report and then state attorney has to designate after investigation and determination whether or not it counts, even though as worded it should count. The FL AG is a Republican, and it's a run-up year to the Election. That said, if Big Ron can get her to designate Drumpf as a predator/offender it could be big.
